  • All products sold on Verdant Bind are 100% handcrafted by skilled artisans using natural, sustainably harvested materials

  • Handcrafted items may have slight variations in weave texture, color and size, which are natural characteristics of artisanal production and not considered defects

  • We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display will be completely accurate

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product or modify product specifications at any time without prior notice

2. Orders & Payment 

  • All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD). For customers in the European Union, prices include applicable VAT. For all other regions, prices include all import duties, taxes and customs charges

  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All payments are processed securely in compliance with PCI DSS standards

  • Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity

  • If your order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 12-24 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays

  • We ship worldwide via DHL Express and other reputable international carriers

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • United States: 3-5 business days
    • European Union: 4-7 business days
    • Rest of the world: 5-10 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

4. Returns & Refunds 

Our returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

For EU Customers: You have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Our 30-day hassle-free return policy provides you with additional protection beyond this statutory requirement.

    • For all other customers: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware
